ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Please note that we are also a physical store, with stock coming in and going out regularly. This can occasionally result in stock errors. In the rare event that we cannot supply an item you have ordered, you will be notified and a full refund for the item issued within 48hrs.

Orders can be picked up during our opening hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING WITHIN NZ

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using NZ Post. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $10 Urban / $13 Rural (NZ). We offer free shipping for NZ orders over $300.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using NZ Post (handled by Aus Post on arrival in Australia). We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $30 for all orders to Australia. Additional charges may apply.

SHIPPING BEYOND NZ/AUSTRALIA

We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand & Australia. If you have a specific request, please contact us at shop@flyingwithbirds.co.nz and we may be able to assist you on a case by case basis.

OVERSIZED & FRAGILE ITEMS

Please be aware we do not ship fragile or oversized items, but they are available for Click & Collect from our store in Alexandra.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns on clothing up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the the cost you paid for your item (shipping rates are non-refundable). We do not accept returns on any sale or discounted items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@flyingwithbirds.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
